Survival as people who are Plural / Multiple, have DID and/or live with dissociative experiences takes a heavy toll on us, especially if we can’t find practitioners who understand our support needs and/or fear that we can’t disclose or let people really know us. If yous are looking for a non-carceral community of people who share lived experience with dissociation and are committed to caring for each other through the ups and downs, then the 12-week Stubborn Survivors Dissociative Care Circles might be right for yous!
Stubborn Survivors Dissociative Care Circles are private, closed groups of mutual care. If yous join, yous are agreeing to our code of conduct and to protecting confidentiality of all group members.

Typical Group Calls
What do your group coaching program calls usually look like? Programs are designed for optimal comfort and peer support while gaining the guidance of your coach. This means that no two weeks will look exactly the same, but generally our structure will be something like the following:
- Intentional space sharing: What are yous needing from the group today? What are yous giving to the group today? (~10 min)
- Share out: We will reserve space for sitting in the heaviness that our cohort and communities are experiencing — but this will be time-limited to focus on our developing community care practice (~10 min)
- Coaching discussions and reflection (~30 min)
- Weekly commitments: What are your goals for the upcoming week? (~10 min)
Example Coaching Topics
- Defining community and finding joy
- Thriving community care models
- Boundaries, balance, sustainability
