Reclaim Your Agency as a Care Worker—Reconnect with Your Values, Your Energy, and Your Boundaries
Do you feel like you’re on the edge of burnout, but can’t seem to break free from the pressures of your care work?
Are you caught between your deep values for caring for others and the realities of needing financial stability?
Do you become dismayed when clients who align with your values or care philosophy struggle to lean into your care or find a more consistent baseline?
If you’re a care worker who feels like you’re always giving and never getting back, Realign is here to help you reclaim your agency, realign to your soul purpose, and nurture your sense of self without sacrificing the care you offer to others.
We know that burnout and the accompanying stuckness aren’t personal failings, but rather, they are intertwined inside of systemic harm, clashing values, trauma, grief, and loss.
The Realign program offers a small cohort experience of the Getting Unstuck program. It’s all about rooting into your personal power, reconnecting to your values, and learning how to honor your own needs while still being a compassionate, effective care worker. Over 12 weeks, you’ll receive the personalized coaching, support, and practices you need to find sustainable alignment between your work, your wellbeing, and your purpose.
